An early 19th century, Dutch limestone sink

A nicely worn, rectangular stone sink featuring a moulding on the front edge. Beautiful, chiseled finish all over the body. Carved out of black Belgian limestone with  incrustations of white crystals and fossiles. Some small, unobtrusive knocks and scuffs. Some wear to the bottom of the basin consistent with age and use. Structurally sound and water tight.

Diameter drainage hole: 5,5cm / 2.15"

Inner height basin: 10cm / 3.9"
