A lavish circular marble wine cistern / font carved in "Rouge Royal" marble. Bulbous body with cavetto moulding at the top, resting on a moulded plinth.

A few superficial cracks on the rim and at the bottom not affecting the structure. Good condition, with some wear consistent with age and use.
