A substantial early 18th century rectangular marble sink with central oval basin. Carved in a delicately veined Rouge Royal marble. Convex moulding on the front and lateral sides. The marble has a beautifully worn surface consistent with age and use. Small losses, but no cracks or breaks. Structurally perfectly sound and water tight. Drain hole can accommodate any modern unslotted basin waste. (Diameter waste hole: 4,5cm)
