A rare, 19th century octagonal stone sink

Reference N°:

300

A very finely carved 19th-century octagonal stone sink, featuring a gently recessed oval basin. The front and lateral faces are enriched with crisp, well-defined mouldings, lending the piece a refined architectural presence. The rear remains roughly hewn, consistent with its original installation partially set into a wall.

Crafted from dense natural stone with a beautifully aged patina, the surface shows light wear commensurate with age, enhancing its authenticity and character. The basin interior is smoothly worked, contrasting subtly with the more robust exterior carving.

Presented in very good, fully usable condition, with no cracks or structural damage observed.
