A very nice, early 18th century, oval marble font. Carved out of "Gris de Sainte Anne" marble, once quarried in Southern Belgium.
Beautiful "cavetto" moulding on the body. In very good condition. A few small chips on the upper rim. Some unobtrusive losses on the lower part of the body. No cracks or breaks.
