A very large, early 19th c. Dutch stone sink

A spectacular, rectangular black limestone sink with moulded edge. Delicate chiseling all over the body. Some unobtrusive wear, a few knocks and small losses (please refer to pictures). No cracks or breaks, structurally perfectly sound.

Diameter drainage hole: 4.6cm / 1,8".

Inner height of the basin: to the left: 7cm / 2.75" - in the middle: 6cm / 2.35" - to the right: 4,6cm / 1.8" allowing a perfect flow of the water.

Rescued from a property close to Arnhem - The Netherlands, ca. 1800
